Langstone Roofing came to us with the brief of creating a new logo for their new business. They required a simple, clean and crisp styling for their logo which could be easily distinguished, seen and recognised from a distance.

Our final design features a right-angled triangle icon, which plays on both the simplicity of the shape itself, but also the shape being surrounded by openess - ‘positive and negative’ spacing, which can symbolise the open sky and distinct shape created by a roof.

The wordmark was positioned in this way to highlight the word ‘stone’ - aligning roofing directly underneath it, which gives emphasis to the strong and solid material used in building.
