Having worked across multiple sectors throughout my career to date, has given me a wide breadth of experience and enabled me to be well placed to support you in the creative direction and strategy of your business.

Studying Human Geography at degree level gave me a love of all things relating to people, place and space, which lead me into working in the Charity sector in Marketing Management, Graphic Design and Event/Volunteer Management capacities.

Then in 2013 I bit the bullet and career-changed into Interior Design, fulfilling a lifelong passion. I have since worked on a number of high-end residential, hospitality and retail projects, before finding my home in the commercial office/workplace design world.

Most recently I have worked on large-scale transformation projects for global technology firms (names including; Formula One, Expedia Group, Sky News and Rapid7) at renowned global Architectural and Interior Design practices as a Senior Designer. Reaching this level after 3 years in the industry has shown me how valuable my previous careers have been; having experience in dealing with clients in an honest and down to earth manner has lead me to be described as a ‘safe pair of hands’ and you know what, I’m proud of that!

Becoming freelance due to COVID-19 and creating Rickards & Reeves with Conor has enabled me to refocus, and has rekindled my graphics and marketing background again, perfectly complimenting my Interior Design experience and building a fantastic offering for my clients.

CONOR REEVES

Having worked now within the industry for over five years as a Creative Designer, I have had the privilege of working on many different and exciting projects that have ranged broadly across the creative field of Graphic Design.

My speciality has traditionally been within print design, but this has grown over the recent years into digital and motion-based design which has been great experience and enabled me to now provide our clients with a full package of creative design services.

Previously described as a ‘jack of all trades’ when it comes to Graphics, it made sense with both myself and Emma’s increasing demand of freelance projects, to combine our experience and love of design to set up our very own creative partnership; Rickards & Reeves.

We love what we do and we want to help our clients and business partners grow and flourish in their specific fields of industry.

If we can provide that helping hand and guidance, then we both feel we are really achieving in an area that we both love, and that originally brought us together from the very beginning.
